Hello

Through doing all of deep inner healing and all that I teach now my life has completely transformed.

I grew up in an amazing household with an amazing family that I am incredibly grateful for, but I still had so much trauma that I was completely unaware of that was affecting me in so many ways. I was struggling deep inside in so many ways. I walked around with a heavy cloud over me for so long, negative thoughts consuming my mind, constantly feeling anxious, sad, lonely and having frequent panic attacks. I distracted myself in everyway possible so I wouldn't have to listen to my own thought as they were a scary place for me. I let my insecurities take over my life, hating my appearance, leading to developing an eating disorder, which resulted in having zero self worth and confidence.  I was disconnected from my body and feminine energy.

I knew I could not live like that any more and decided something needed to change and that was where my journey began. A journey that was not easy but one that I am extremely grateful for. Because in this journey I have found my passion and my purpose and that is to help women overcome similar situations.

I am living a life that is alignment to me. I have come to realise my worth and my beauty. I have so much love and appreciation for my body. I have stepped into the feminine essence that was inside of me all along. I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. I have manifested the most amazing people and things into my life and it all came down to doing the inner work and I am here to help you do the same!
